The 3 Best Zombie Shooters I've Played

Hey there readers. This is Ibbyib bringing you the best zombie shooters that I know of. The three are Killing Floor, Left 4 Dead 2, and Dead Space 2. Read on to hear more.

So, first up is Killing Floor. In Killing floor, you get to pick your character, your perk, and your guns. There are a variety of guns, and they keep adding maps and characters, so you can keep playing and playing to your hearts content. In this game you are set in a certain area (depending on what map) and a bunch of mutant zombies start swarming in and trying to kill you. There are a certain number of zombies per round, and it increases each round. At the end there is a boss fight with the person that created the zombies. There are numerous types of zombies, each doing more damage or having more speed. There are also certain parts in the game where it will go in slow motion, giving you time to line up the perfect headshot. This is why I love the game so much. Overall Killing Floor is a very fun shoot-em-up game, it requires skill and ammo to play it right.

Next up is Left 4 Dead 2. Left 4 Dead 2 is a zombie shooter made by valve. It has a Campaign, Multiplayer Campaign, Versus, and more. The storyline is the usual stranded-in-the-middle-of-a-city-while-the-zombie-apocalypse-happens. There are a bunch of guns too, including a katana, an axe, a combat rifle, a pump-action shotgun, and a chainsaw. There are  special types. They are the Witch, the Tank, the Charger, the Smoker, the Hunter, the Jockey, and the Spitter. These are all fun to play against, and they make it very intense. Your character has a health bar, which you can re-fill using Health Packs, or Pain Pills (Pain Pills give you a temporary amount of health). In order to survive, you mustn't split up with your team-mates, and you need to be fast. There are things that can help you along the way, for example, gas tanks (create fire), and propane tanks (explode). There are also cars with alarms. Don't shoot these. They summon the Horde, which is about 300 zombies coming in at once. If you haven't gotten this game yet, get it.

Last but not least is Dead Space 2. In this game you play as Issac-a slightly psychopathic space engineer-who wakes up and is on a space ship. This space ship happens to be getting raided by zombie aliens, and you have to figure out what is going on, try not to be killed, and kill instead. Once again there are numerous weapons and upgrades, there are different suits with different specs, and there are different alien zombies. An example of a weapon is the Line Gun, which shoots a laser in the shape of a line. This is helpful for killing normal zombies, as it takes off both their limbs (which kills them). The suit upgrades can help a lot, for both protecting yourself and for killing zombies. There are also a lot of jump-scares in this game, which makes it a lot more intense. There are also boss fights at certain parts in the game. Ammo can be hard to find at times, which adds to the intense-factor. Dead Space 2 is a very fun game, so go buy it.
