I just bought the Basement Collection, got all hyped, and I played it! It was a fun experience, other then the constant lag (I will explain later). But for now, just read the review!
So the collection consists of Aether (an exploration adventure game), Time Fcuk (a dark puzzle game), Spewer (a physics based platformer), Meat Boy (the super meat boy prototype), Grey Matter (an anti shooter), Coil (an experimental game), and Triachnid (a physics based spider sim). The pack also includes 2 unlockable games, which are also very fun. All of these games are fun, creative, and overall enjoyable.
This pack also contains the soundtrack for all of the games listed above. The soundtrack is very nice, and my favourite song out of all of them is the soundtrack for one of the Secret games. The song is called Blooba Doop Scooba. Listen to it if you have the game, it's very funny.
The lag issues that I mentioned before are purely because of my Graphics Card, the game has problems with AMD cards, which I happen to have. It isn't too much lag, and it is still playable, but it irritates me a little.
Overall, it is a very fun time-waster, and if you are an achievement hunter, there are 53 Steam achievements in this collection, so have at it! I would rate it about a 9 out of 10.
Thank you all for reading and, as always, game on!
It requires minimum 4GB ram because of adobe flash...
