Razer Nostromo Review

The Razer Nostromo is a one hand replacement for your keyboard. It isn't a full keyboard, it is meant for gaming. It basically replaces the whole left side of your keyboard. We will be doing pros first, then cons.

The Razer Nostromo has 16 programmable buttons. The default format is just your normal WASD and such. It has an adjustable hand support, with 2 different ways to adjust it. It is very nice, covers every button you need, and fits in the palm of your hand. Now the response time on the Nostromo is very good. No lag in controls, no deaths caused by bad response time, and definately no problems with response time in general. It comes with two stickers that you can place on your computer, the Nostromo itself, etc.

Now for what I don't like about the Nostromo. What I don't like is that it is not meant for kids with small hands. My little cousin can't use it because of the size. There is also no 'CTRL' or 'ALT'. There are other buttons that can be essential that aren't there as well. It also irritates me that you can only set it to blue, but that's not a big deal. It also doesn't have an 'ESC' button, but you can change one of the buttons for esc.

Overall the Nostromo is comfortable, slick and colorful (although only blue) and fits in the palm of your hand. At a price of $70.00, it is a good price for a good product.
